Shipping location

We currently only support shipping to Hong Kong, China and selected countries in Asia - Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and Macau.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that some carriers may not ship to P.O. boxes. If this is the case, please provide a physical address to avoid delays.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping in Hong Kong:
    • Standard Shipping: 1-5 days | Cost: HK$30 / Free shipping for order over HKD 150
  • Shipping to China:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 days | Cost: CNY50 / Free shipping for order over CNY 500
  • Shipping to other countries in Asia
    • Standard shipping : 5-10 days | Cost: US$15 / Free shipping for order over US$100

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order on our website or through the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Associated Clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Associated Clothing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address

  • If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot guarantee the successful delivery of your order. Please double-check your address details before completing your order.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to certain countries due to shipping restrictions or legal limitations. If you are unable to select your country at checkout, we apologize for the inconvenience.
